A project update meeting is a critical part of our ongoing process. These sessions are held with you, the client, to review the progress of your project, address any emerging questions, and plan for the next steps. - Our discussions will focus on the current status of the project, including: - Review of recent work: We will review the latest deliverables, such as updated drawings, material selections, or 3D models. - Key decisions: We will present any options or decisions that are required to keep the project on schedule and within budget. - Site conditions and progress: If construction is underway, we will discuss site progress, address any challenges, and coordinate with contractors. - Project timeline and milestones: We will confirm that the project remains on track and outline the goals for the next phase of work. This meeting can be held virtually for your convenience or, ideally, at the project site to allow for a firsthand review of the work in progress.
